A Canadian first. Rural Ontario library lends Wi-Fi hotspots|CBC News

‎Ontario libraries rock! Wi-Fi is available now where dial-up is still the norm. Wellington County Library has begun the first rural library pilot program in Ontario to loan Wi-Fi hotspots. 

As a library initiative and lending program, this gets an A++ in anyone's book.
